Through the years we have made adjustments and exclusions according to the allergies and illnesses that have roamed through our household. From the "cave man diet" to eating to rebuild immune systems, changes have been implemented. Whatever it took to be healthy and well we did. Then when the crisis was past we would gradually slip back in to "social" eating patterns. It seems to be an ever evolving process with a continual influx of new information and studies. The information in "Forks over Knives" presents one of those life changing moments. Whatever we do, it will not be the same as what we "are" doing. We will eat a more plant based diet.
